Located on the outskirts of Exeter this quiet location is highly convenient and fully accessible.  It is served by regular bus and train service from the city.  There is a bus stop outside the building and the railway station is 3 minutes walk.  Close to M5 J30 there is a car park and ample free parking available nearby with disabled spaces by the front door.
