Jenny Liggins MBACP
I work with individual adults to create a safe, non-judgemental relationship using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach. This is a highly respectful yet powerful way to explore issues that affect us in our daily lives such as self-confidence, anxiety or depression. I have undertaken additional training in bereavement and loss and am also sensitive to the importance of culture and belief to wellbeing and identity. The therapeutic process we develop together is designed to work with you as an individual at your own pace
